He has worked with high growth companies as well as turnaround cases and start-ups. He is well versed in HR due diligence, post-acquisition and turnaround aspects of merger, acquisition and disposal.
With extensive recruitment experience, Robert has directed and personally delivered on top executive placements as well as world wide recruitment and development programmes.
He has set up and restructured HR teams in different environments and held Directorships in HR and General Management in a range of sectors including Manufacturing (Johnson Matthey), Distribution and FMCG (Allied Domeqc), National media (Mirror Group Newspapers) and Private Equity (3i plc).
He is regarded as an expert in the strategy and implementation of organisation restructuring, particularly in handling the people, structural, cultural and compensation issues of rapid change.
